This feature allows wgpu::DawnDeviceAllocatorControl to be chained on wgpu::DeviceDescriptor. If wgpu::DawnDeviceAllocatorControl is chained and wgpu::FeatureName::DawnDeviceAllocatorControl is not in requiredFeatures then creating the device will fail with a validation error.
It is available in the Vulkan backend.
