  "message": "Integrate deprecation testing into DawnTestBase\n\nThis makes it a lot easier to modify old tests to test deprecation\nbehavior, and means we can mark all of the places that are going to\nbreak in the deprecation CL (while we\u0027re thinking about it) instead of\nthe removal CL (which is weeks later).\n\nIt also makes it so all deprecation warnings in the tests will be\ncaught.
