Dawn native/d3d: Remove pass state bool variable from BindGroupTracker Previous implementation of BindGroupTracker in D3D11/D3D12 uses a bool variable (isRenderPass/ mInCompute) to know whether apply computepass related or renderpass related logic. It introduces lots of 'if-else' blocks This CL tries to remove these bool variables by using polymorphism and templates to reduce the 'if-else' blocks. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h
that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
