[glsl][ir] Cleanup textures when replacing in builtin uniforms.

When replacing textures with the `TextureBuiltinFromUniform` transform
the load/texture may end up orphaned. In that case, we can remove the
load/texture from the shader which makes some shader ES compatible which
would not have been previously.
