[dawn][native] Spanify GetMappedPointer Replaces GetMappedPointer() which returned a virtual pointer starting at the beginning of the buffer (even though that may not be mapped) with GetMapping() which holds a safe std::span and a checked way to get to an offset relative to the buffer's start. First step of spanifying mappings. GetMappedPointerImpl() is still unsafe and all the state is still tracked in an unsafe way. These are harder to fix but should be detangled eventually. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
