ErrorScopeValidationTests: Avoid dangling pointers.

A pointer must be valid. We were previously using `this + 2`, which is a
random location that might be used by an object deleted during the test.
This doesn't deal well with partition_alloc who tries detect potential
unsafe use of C++.
