  "message": "[d3d12] Fix end2end tests with Agility SDK\n\nWith Agility SDK enabled, SM 6.10 becomes available, which results in\nsome known DXIL issues in WARP, and enables features on certain bots\n(Intel UHD 630) requiring updates of ArchTierLimits.\n\n- Modify WorkgroupSizeUsesExplicitSubgroupSize test to iterate subgroup\n  size up to subgroupMax / 2.
