[WebGPU] Support Android HardwareBuffer & SyncFence Introduces Kotlin bindings and JNI implementations for importing Android HardwareBuffer (AHB) and GPUSyncFence objects into WebGPU. - Add Kotlin/C++ generator templates for AHBs and SyncFences. - Implement 'GPUImportedAHB.cpp' JNI - Provide safe helper extensions for converting WebGPU fences to Android platform SyncFences (API 33+). - Add new generated output files to tools/android/BUILD.gn API Level Requirements: - Android Tiramisu (API 33+) is required for the GPUSyncFence helper extensions, as the `android.hardware.SyncFence` class was added in API 33. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
Dawn provides several WebGPU building blocks:
