D3D12: Save sourceRegion in TextureCopySubresource::CopyInfo

This patch replaces `copySize` with `sourceRegion` in
`TextureCopySubresource::CopyInfo` so that we can directly use
`sourceRegion` in the D3D12 call `CopyTextureRegion`.
