  "message": "Roll chromium-targets\n\nAdds the chromium-targets Starlark package to the list of things synced\nby the Chromium -\u003e Dawn autoroll script. This requires a fair bit of\nrefactoring to share code with the existing logic for the chromium-luci\nsyncing.\n\nThis also includes a drive-by improvement to the script runtime. It\nturns out `git ls-remote ...
