  "message": "[YUV AHB] Specialize state for operations using YUV AHB ExternalTextures\n\nThis CL builds on all the previous [YUV AHB] commits to detect in the\nVulkan command encoding that a specialization is needed to do 0-copy YUV\nAHB sampling.
