Dawn/Native: Define More Tiers For Immediate Data Previously, the limit table doesn't define tiers for larger than 16 bytes max immediate data size. This CL add more tiers for the max immediate data size and update the limits in vulkan and d3d11 backends. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
