  "message": "[utils] Fix missing defines in src/utils\n\nThese defines were set up in src/dawn/common so when the code moved to\nsrc/utils, they became undefined (i.e. false) all the time.\n\nThis bug affected debug builds of the following things:\n- From https://dawn-review.googlesource.com/c/dawn/+/312837\n  - DAWN_ASSERT, DAWN_UNREACHABLE, DAWN_RELEASE_ASSUME\n  - Logging and abort in fuzzers\n- From https://dawn-review.googlesource.com/c/dawn/+/312976\n  - TypedInteger\n\nFound while working on nocompile tests (though only because I noticed\nthe wrong branch of my ifdef was the one being tested).
