Remove old test.

This test was for an old SPIRV-Reader bug. The test is no longer valid
with duplicate `NoContraction` entries. Fixing that, it triggers another
long standing issue in the SPIRV-Reader which generates invalid code.

Removing the test as it's no longer useful.
