  "message": "[dawn] Add fuzzers to dawn_maximal\n\nUnfortunately there\u0027s no way to enable fuzzers automatically, so instead\njust require use_libfuzzer to also be enabled.\n\nAlso allow dawn.node to be built even when fuzzers are enabled.
