  "message": "[infra] Move Unsafe Buffer Usage checks from CMake to GN\n\nRemoves enabling the UBU related checks from the CMake build in favour\nof enabling all of the current supported checks in the GN plugin,\nsince the GN build is the source of truth for builds.\n\nIncludes a bunch of DAWN_UNSAFE_TODO suppressions for issues that had\nbeen previously missed, but are now blocking the build.
