Ensure dynamic buffer offset bindings are sorted in increasing order A previous CL sorted bindings by binding number, but bindings were first sorted by type. This means a bind group layout with mixed dynamic storage and uniform buffers would not always have all dynamic bindings in increasing order. Instead, it would be strictly increasing within each section of uniform/storage buffers. This CL corrects the issue by first sorting dynamic buffers by binding number. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the work-in-progress WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements
webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
Dawn provides several WebGPU building blocks:
webgpu.hversion that Dawn implements.
