  "message": "Resolver: improve array handling\n\ntype::Array was the only type with special handling in that we\u0027d resolve\nall array types first in ResolverInternal, then proceed with resolving\nthe AST in order of declaration. This CL removes this special handling,\nand instead, we now process Arrays as we process ast::Variables of\narray type.
