Castable: Optimizations using bloomfilters

Calculate a hashcode for each TypeInfo, use these hashcodes to quickly
eliminate full base class walks for As() and Is(). Use the hashcodes to
optimize IsAnyOf() calls where the result is false.

Benchmarks:

A: base.bench
B: new.bench
