Use authenticated gitiles endpoint when rolling Updates the Chromium -> Dawn roller script to use the authenticated gitiles endpoint. This should hopefully resolve the flaky issues we are seeing where gitiles requests hang or return 400 errors, as the belief is that these are a result of recent mitigations to deal with high bot/unauthenticated traffic. This re-uses depot_tools' authentication code.
