Add validation tests for resource usage tracking - 3 This patch adds validation tests for invisible and unused bindings. The tests create bindings for compute, fragment and none stage. So, only some bindings are visible for a particular render/compute pass. In addition, some visible bindings in bind groups are not used by pipeline. But resources of all bindings in bind groups (including invisible/unused bindings) should be tracked, in order to identify resource usage conflicts. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the work-in-progress WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h
that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
