DawnTest: only choose one adapter from those with same name and backendType When running Dawn end2end tests on latest Windows 10 (20H2) in a Remote Desktop session there can be multiple adapters with same name and type, which will cause the crash of Dawn end2end tests as the GTest framework doesn't allow two cases having the same name. This patch fixes this issue by only choosing one adapter from the ones with same name and backendType in DawnTests. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the work-in-progress WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h
that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
