Use WGPU_ARRAY_LAYER_COUNT_UNDEFINED instead of 0
This seperates the undefined 'arrayLayerCount' from 0 to
WGPU_ARRAY_LAYER_COUNT_UNDEFINED. So 0 arrayLayerCount is treated
as a validation error.
