Remove the suppression on D3D12 WARP in dawn_perf_test.ShaderRobustnessPerf
This patch removes the suppression on D3D12 WARP adapter in
dawn_perf_tests.ShaderRobustnessPerf as all the CPU-typed adapters
have been skipped in dawn_perf_tests, and the assertion failure in
dawn:786 can no longer be reproduced on latest D3D12 WARP adapter.
