Suppress perf tests on Mac/Intel Suppresses UniformBufferUpdatePerf on Mac/Intel when running multiple uniform buffers at full upload size. This combination of hardware and parameters flakily results in a pure virtual function being called, which then causes the entire task to fail. This practically only occurs on the AMD Macbooks when using their integrated GPUs, but there is currently no way to differentiate those from the Mac Minis with Intel GPUs that are not running into this. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
