Remove usages of t.Parallel() I added these in without fully understanding the implications of using them. They are fine/not dangerous as-is, but also do not significantly impact the total runtime of our tests. Given further analysis I have decided to remove them, since they are just complicating the code, see the bug for further details. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
