D3D: Provide fake source path to FXC to avoid leaking DLL location When no source name is provided to D3DCompile, FXC auto-generates one using the directory of the FXC DLL as a prefix. On Chrome, this DLL resides in the user's profile data directory, so the generated path could leak the user's data directory in error messages or debug output. Pass a fixed fake path "C:\fakepath" as the pSourceName argument to prevent this.
