Add Dawn E2E test for Qualcomm workgroup zero init bug This test is extracted from a failing CTS test. It reliably fails on a Pixel 5, but passes on a Samsung Galaxy S25. We will not attempt to workaround the issue on the older drivers, so just add the test as a regression test. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
