[dawn][node] Fix CTS test for invalid swizzle When passing a number to DOMString swizzle, toString() gets called with WebIDL. This was not the case in interop/core. This CL fixes this issue and is tested locally with the following CTS test: https://github.com/gpuweb/cts/blob/8a39e1d407a620d7de788cb87b38e96bb6b0782c/src/webgpu/api/validation/capability_checks/features/texture_component_swizzle.spec.ts#L44.
