Allocate enough FramebufferCacheQuery clearValues Makes sure that we have enough clearValues allocated for every possible textureView/attachment. Prevents OOB accesses when using a lot of resolved MSAA targets. While resolve targets won't need a clearValue, at the point that we're adding attachments to the cache we aren't tracking the usage and it's easiest/safest to simply accept a default clearValue if one wasn't provided. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
