[msl] Rework fix_u32_div_mod workaround The use of volatile zero was causing performance issues and problems with implicit derivatives in helper invocations. Instead, pass in a zero value via the internal immediate block, which still defeats the buggy downstream compiler optimization but is faster than using a volatile and does not cause issues with derivatives. Split the IR modification out to a separate transform. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
