Add Intel Arrowlake and Battlemage device IDs The device IDs of Intel ARL are 0x7D41, 0x7D51, 0x7D67 and 0x7DD1, same to Intel MTL (0x7D00) after masked. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h
that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
