run-cts: Run a batch of test cases per runner process Add -batch-size to run-cts standalone, the most test cases per runner process (default 500); fewer than -j times that many are split evenly over the -j workers. The workers take batches from a shared queue, run each in one runner process and report the results as they arrive. A watchdog kills a process that reports no result within -case-timeout, plus -startup-allowance for the first one. When a process ends with cases left, the case it was running is reported with its output and the rest of the batch as not run. node -isolate uses the same code with one test case per process.
