Revise Intel GPU generations in gpu_info.json Intel Xe is also called Intel Gen 12. Quite a few Intel architectures are classified into Gen 12. Some of these architectures are Gen 12 LP (low power), while the others are Gen 12 HP (high performance, for example, some Intel discrete GPUs). For more details, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intel_Xe. We need to separate Intel Gen 12 LP from Intel Gen 12 HP for some toggles on D3D12 backend. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the work-in-progress WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h
that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
