Dawn: Add validation and reflection for WGSL PLS support Tests found the following issues: - Tests were wrong in many places :) - The check that PLS in layout requires PLS in the shader should only be done for the fragment shader. - It's nice to have a special case where a shader with no PLS can be used with a layout that has an empty pls. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the work-in-progress WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h
that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
