Capture: Simplify Invalid enum handling The code assigns 0 as an invalid value as this is more likely to surface bugs reading the wrong data. The code was doing this by adding Invalid to an X-Macro but this ends up making it harder to use the X-Macro to generate code as Invalid is an exception. This CL separates Invalid from the X-Macro which simplifies all downstream usages.
