Call `Base::Destroy` instead of `Instruction::Destroy`. Several IR instructions were incorrectly calling up the `Instruction` destroy method instead of their parent class. In the case of `break-if` this would cause it to skip over the `OperandInstruction::Destroy` which needs to cleanup the condition operand.
