Validate depth attachment size against the first plane size D3D11 requires depth attachment size has to match the size of the texture's first plane size. However other backends doesn't have this requirement. They can work with bigger depth buffer. So we change the dawn's validation code to validate depth attachment size against the first plane size instead of subsampled plane size. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h
that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
