webgpu.h: Add "dawn" prefix to Dawn API to query FormatCapabilities This change adds wgpu::DawnFormatCapabilities, wgpu::DawnDrmFormatCapabilities, wgpu::DrmFormatProperties structs, WGPUFeatureName_DawnFormatCapabilities, WGPUFeatureName_DawnDrmFormatCapabilities, WGPUSType_DawnDrmFormatCapabilities enums. Since we're deprecated the old names, a new "enum_value_conflict" boolean is added to manage the transition. It will be useful for all other renamings ahead.
