[glsl] Add glsl validation Run the glsl validator during the IR printer unittests. This requires the code to be executable from an entry point (named `main`). The type of the entry point must be provided to the `Generate` method (defaults to `compute` to match the empty entry point transform). Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h
that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
