Revert "Use Swiftshader by default when fuzzing" This reverts commit d08a14b70982a90423f4965ae5625847316de09e. Reason for revert: This breaks the Mac fuzzer builds because it tries to build with Swiftshader without Vulkan enabled. Reverting this now to unblock the roll while I work on a fix. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the work-in-progress WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h
that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
