tint: Fix set of overrides in the shader interface Since overrides can be used to size workgroup arrays and also as initializers to module-scope variables, we cannot just consider overrides that are directly referenced in the shader functions. This change makes the Resolver track references to overrides whilst resolving array types and module-scope variable declarations, so that they are included in the set of overrides reported by the Inspector in these scenarios. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the work-in-progress WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h
that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
