end2end: VertexFormatTest: fold bit representation of -0.0 to 0 This is necessary because of how we compute ULP in a cheap way by looking only at the u32 bits. Remove the test suppressions for Arm GPUs. I suspect this also fixes the tests for other GPUs. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the work-in-progress WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h
that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
