Move exposed Chromium CQ builders Moves the Chromium trybots that are mirrored as Dawn CQ builders + their branch verifier equivalents out of legacy_builders.star and into chromium_try.star. This should result in largely the same behavior, but redundant `include(.*)` location filters were removed from the main branch CQ while missing `exclude(\.github\.+)` location filters were added to the branch CQs. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
