Partial revert of webgpu.h: Add Adapter and Device GetFeatures() methods Commit 78a100c8c999883350ea6e5a724119289d3ad45b changes dawn::wire::server to use GetFeatures to gather features instead of EnumerateFeatures. This breaks the filtering of features in Chromium's webgpu_cmd_decoder_impl.cc which proxies EnumerateFeatures but doesn't proxy GetFeatures yet. Before this code is relanded, Chromium must implement proxying of GetFeatures. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h
that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
