Remove auto-generated hasResource tests. With the addition of filterability the `hasResource` tests will require the filterability values for the textures and samplers. There is no easy way to generate these at the moment. So, remove `hasResource` from the generator (`getResource` is already removed). Update the `to_let` test to include a `sampler` and fix the naming of the `has_resource` test files.
