Allow Linux builders to use SSDs Updates the dimensions for Dawn's GN CI Linux and Bazel CI/try builders to remove the `ssd` dimension. There is an ongoing migration to switch from e2 to e4 GCE instances, which means that Linux GCEs with SSDs will start showing up in the pool. GN try and CMake CI/try appear to already remove the dimension. Follow-up changes will be made to consolidate builder definition code so future such changes can be easily made without risking certain builders being missed.
