Improve new webgpu test ID handling for CTS Roller The CTS roller was producing malformed expectation lines due to a recent change in the test ID format. This change adapts the new test IDs to the legacy format expected by the roller. A new test case has been added to verify these transformations and prevent future regressions. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
