[dawn][wire] Always crash on serialization errors Currently OnSerializeError in Chromium is a debug-only NOTREACHED. To harden against sending junk to the GPU process, we can just crash instead, and may as well do that in Dawn rather than going through the serializer interface to do it. Of course the GPU process doesn't trust wire data from the renderer anyway, but this makes it harder to bypass validation that happens in the renderer process, like origin-clean checks. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
