Add tests of expected usages for SharedTextureMemory This CL adds tests that SharedTextureMemory instances are created with expected usages for single-planar and multiplanar textures. This will be helpful for a followup where we extend the set of usages for multiplanar textures based on the features available on the device. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
